Preakness Black-eyed Susan
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce rum
3/4 ounce triple sec
Lime wedge
Pineapple juice
Orange juice

Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice. Add vodka, rum and triple sec. Add lime wedge and equal parts of pineapple juice and orange juice. Shake well and serve. Makes 1 serving.

Black-Eyed Susan
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup Vodka
1-1/4 cup Light rum
3/4 cup Triple sec
1 tblsp fresh Lime juice
4 cups Pineapple juice
4 cups Orange juice
Ice ring with fruits (pineapple, lemon, grapes)
Mixing instructions:
Chill all ingredients. Just before serving combine in a punch bowl. Unmold ice ring and float in bowl. Serve in tall glasses. Makes 10 large servings.

Pimlico's Black Eyed Susan Drink
makes two 12oz glasses

Ingredients:
1oz Vodka
1oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
6 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice

Combine ingredients, stir, and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple, orange slice, and cherry brochette.
